I buy a lot of stuff from aussiebum and they are the best. Great quality, lots of choice and quick delivery, even when I lived in the UK. Never got my order wrong, unlike others, and always helpful. Sales time is always a good time. Truly cannot recommend them enough. A great Aussie based business. Full support for them.

Best jocks ever that’s why I’m upto about order number 30

This company is a major scam, disgusted by GERT (aussieBum) inept arrogant, condescending, disgusting CSR clerk. Typical behaviour from that part of the world, arrogant, unprofessional. They charged my CREDIT CARD and AUSSIEBUM intended on not delivering claiming they had blocked my account. Well ok block all you want. I will happily close the account and never buy from Aussiebum but don't charge my card if you intended on not delivering. That's is plain and simple theft. Now I am waiting for my refund- I do not want the product and AUSSIEBUM must return my money. I will be putting a review with BBB and local reviewers, companies like this one should go out of business for practicing poor business practices, being boldly disgusting and embarrassing to people.

Just placed big order now-2nd in 2 months! Haven't ordered directly myself for 15 years before this but bought a few items when friends ordered and always pretty happy with the quality. The website deleted my cart about 4 times so I gave up using my iPhone and did it all again on my laptop!! But being so impressed with the quality, comfort and fit of everything in my previous order I had to have more. The cut, fit and designs are very clever and forgiving/flattering and I can tell they cover all body types and tastes. I was also prompted to properly measure my waist/chest size for once and I'm surprised I didn't really know my sizes at all and I'm much more confident now that I've ordered correctly! This is the jolly season of spending I understand but the amount of items listed and promoted which aren't available to buy is quite astonishing. And then seeing some items disappear from my cart or many suddenly listed as out of stock after you've chosen them is to say the least...well most un-jolly until I persevered and kept going back and re-purchasing them and suddenly they all came back in stock when I started the checkout process haha....so I got almost everything I asked for, assuming nothing gets cancelled. Will offer specific product reviews together when my big order arrives.

Styles of underwear are nice but the quality is terrible. My first order had buttons which fell off within 2 months of purchase, and will be my last order.
